Thanks to Samsung company. I was totally upset due to failure of condenser within 3 years. Company had taken initiative and replace it. But still feel company has to do more R&D with users.
Company have record of customers and dealers. in addition, record of service center. Company should keep track on both data and find out certain facts year wise.
Accordingly should make changes in product or model. Nowadays only lab R&D is not important.
