Bought this product a year ago and liked the car initially. Later came the service part, when I sent my car for the 4th service, the manager made me wait for over 3 hours as he had overdone the appointment. Confronting with him on the same, he bursted at me instead. Complain the same to CustomerCare and awaiting their reply since 2 weeks now. Even tweeted Mr. Anand Mahindra, awaiting his reply too.
Again car had gone to the workshop in Sewri for some clutch related issue, after 2 days they called up saying that the car clutch is not at fault but my driving may be at fault. I dont understand having owned 3 good cars myself, I have never been told about my driving and these people want to blame you for the sub standard products they use. Called upon by manager of their workshop Mr. Sudhir, who in turn blamed me again for the same and even told me that today even if they replace the Clutch and I bring the car back tomorrow complaining about it, they wont stand responsible for anything. This is the rudest company I have dealt with.Please Dont Buy this Car, Its totally waste of Money
