Today I m thrilled with the service given to me by MGL.
never ever expected... they spoken to me as if they need me. I am very happy that people governed by government bodies have really started caring for others rather their customers.
Today I a person who reads the meter had come to my place when no body was at home. There was some technical problem due to which my bill of MGL was not generated for 5 months since April 2016 and I was unable to find my previous copy of the bill so I din't have that BP no. or CA no... nothing... I never had registered my mobile also with them. (this was my mistake)
still I called them and asked them to help me with my BP no. The person named Aditya on the other side of the telephone really went out of the way to help me... I m very happy.
