I have been giving my Honda Amaze for service at this dealer since I bought it about 1.5 years back.  The last 3 service was reasonable(made me wait for more than 1 hour, had wiped the windshield with wax - creating a film which is extremely dangerous during night drive as the vision is 70% blocked).


The last service was the breaking point.  When I got the delivery of the car, they have added some chemical additive in the AC cooler without checking with the car owner whether they want this "added service".  I am allergic to such fresheners and chemicals.


The main reason I bought a car is so that I don't exposed to exhaust fumes which I'm allergic to.  But then these guys took the service to a different level. The minute I rode the car with the AC on the first time, I came down with severe allergic reaction which took more than 3 days to recover.


I gave the car back to them to get rid of the additive(had to let go of the car for another 3 days), when I got it back, the additive was still not gone, so I gave it back again.  Despite returning the car 3 times to get rid of the additive and odour, the remnants still remain.


It has been more than 2 months now, I have not been able to use the car, whenever I take it out, I fall ill with allergic reactions!  I have now begun to fear using the car for which I am paying hefty EMI and am using cabs for daily commute to office again paying hefty amounts.  I am suffering with ill health and paying twice the money for my commute with no solace.


I am appalled at their gross disregard for the customer.  whenever I ride the car, I have to pull down the windows and also fall ill .


I would like to know if there is a way to sue them for the inconvenience and nuisance they are putting me through!
