Guys beware of this company and don't buy their auto policies. It is ridiculous to hear the reasons they give to avoid giving claims.I think this is the reason that they are profitable in 7 quarters because they simply refuse to give you claims incase of an accident.this company is just cheating the people.i took their auto insurance through policy number P0015100007/4101/109187.My car recently met with an accident due to which the left fendor got damaged.
Their agent came and inspected and said that since there was a earlier scratch on the fendor hence they will not honour any claim on this part. In a city like Delhi where everyday there is bumper to bumper traffic, it is obvious that minor scratches would happen time and again. Nobody goes to an insurance company to take claim against these minor scratches. Instead of focussing on the new damage that happened there claim inspector was more focused on figuring a way to avoid the claim and boost his variable.This company is living in a fool's paradise and believes that it will get away by cheating the people.
Their agents behave like recovery agents and speak very rudely with their customers. I have made a mistake however after this experience will ensure I do not renew my policy with them. If you are planning to take their policy please stop and look at other customer friendly companies who do not believe in cheating.
