If you are a builder or real-estate professional please DON'T BUY PACKAGES FROM MAGICBRICKS.COM. The customer care is sxxxx. They reject actual pictures which you would have posted and think that they need not give a reason. They reject posting as well and they wont mail the reason as to why. After few days you go back to the site and you realize its not listed.
I lost lacks of Rupees because of this. They wont let you download the leads for our posting after the package is expired nor they will mail the overall leads that you would have got. Noe if you really want to compare the results through 99 acres, common floor or magic bricks they wont provide the result. Lets assume you pay around 10 thousand for ads with them. they are supposed to provide the overall summary of the leads what you have got. That they wont do as they are scared of their competitors.
If you really want a real estate package go with common floor, Property waala. Never go with Magic bricks. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS Sxxxx. THEY TAKE CALLS LIKE IN A GOVERNMENT FIRM AND THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER.
