Hello friends today I share my personal experience about this mixer grinder.I bought this mixer grinder before almost 2 years.its design is very good.its very easy to use.but after two months.once when I working with it.its start smoking. Then I stop it.but when I stated it again its motor not working.then I call to customer care. They assure me that they repairs it.but after three days I call again. They do not pick the phone.then I went to there office and I gave them mixer grinder.they ask me for 15 days.after it they gave me the grinder after 1 month.the customer service is very bad.they taking too much time.and the quality of machine is not good.this is not value for money.
