This is my kind advice to everyone(especially to the students who have completed +2 and willing to join an engineering college). Please don't join this college. I have listed the drawbacks below, *First of all, as many third-tier engg colleges, this coll also doesn't have any placement through ON or OFF campus. (I am a 2012 passed out candidate, only 3 students from the whole college got a job, that too through the off campus conducted by Anna University).
The management simply tells that there is OFF campus facility but there is no such thing. If you join this college and if you wish to quit from this coll immediately they ll provide your +2 mark sheet and TC only if you pay the 4 year fees (i.e 2, 80, 000).So, you will be having the compulsion to study there even if you don't like the course and the college. *The Hostel rooms in this coll really sucx. No proper water/food and bathroom facilities.The rules are also very strict in the hostel. In the student's life of 4 yrs in this coll he/she will be paying atleast 10, 000 - 20, 000 as fine. This college collects fine for each and everything.So, this college is also called FINE college.
Transport and mess are compulsory in this college. The mess in this college really sucks, you won't able to keep the food in your mouth and even if you reside in kundrathur you have to pay the transport fees. Boys and Girls are not allowed to talk to each other. *Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the college. *Most Saturdays are working days (As if they are preparing students to work in NASA..lol ) *There isn't any sports or any other events in this college.They conduct cultural simply for namesake with lots of restrictions. *Studying engg itself in this college is of no use. In this, the coll offers other courses such as MBA/ MCA/ ME/ physiotherapy and so on. I don't know what the fk are they gonna do after completing their degree.These are some of the points listed by me. There are several drawbacks and problems to be faced by the students if he/ she joins this college.Students who complete their +2 exams won't be having any knowledge about the engg colleges. Joining an engg college isn't the only option to the students. There are several fields.
Please don't join any 3rd tier colleges and waste your life, money and precious time as I did.Also be careful with tier-2 colleges, because nowadays only some percent of students are getting placed even in tier-2 colleges.The management of many eng colleges are fkin money grabbers from innocent parents. This coll is a best example. If you score low marks in +2 join some other courses like bsc, bba ..etc...because even if you don't get a job, your money won't be wasted because the fees are very less for this courses and you can opt for higher studies . Many students think that, others won't respect them if they join an arts coll or does some other course. Please don't think in that way.This is the very important part of your life. THINK WISELY ...
