First thing, they are new to market (Karnataka) and they don’t have proper infrastructure.
If you become customer (victim ) of this service, you will face lot of problems and get upset of your choose. So, friends don’t go by someone’s 1 or 2 weeks of connection speed experience (Initially connection & download speed will be good, during first week it will be more than 1mbps and after it will be around 512 Kbps). They don’t have proper net usage monitor, so deducts more MB’s from your account. Their customer service is pathetic with novice representatives. I suggest you to get connected to internet through oldies (if possible avoid TTL). Pre-Paid tariff options are also not so attractive.
MTS Karnataka customer care seems to be non-functional, only IVRS is active, no human representative to answer call (they might be recruiting soon). No toll free number to reach them using non MTS connection.
