I feel this review is:
MTS does not have good customer service. I got speed only 2kbps but they charge more. The customer service people donot no how to talk to their customers. First of all the mts guy gave me data card stating with some offer but after the connection was established they said the offer is not applicable. The customer service people should be educated well. They loot people money like anything worst service worst experience with these people. I dont even wish to give 1 star. The management should consider this or it will continue to lose its valuable customers.
