My wife had bought a MTS wifi dongle few months back having no 8543321793.Since then, we have recharged several times spendimng thousands of rupees.When ever we recharged for 1.5 GB, it used to be exhausted with in few days.So we kept on increasing the DATA thinking that our consumption is high.
When I recharged for 5 gb last, I had a doubt and started keeping track of the consumption.With in one day 500mb was consumed.Then I wrote to customer care.They are least bothered and said pay 40 rs you will get the billing details.
I said I dont need your billing details.The issue is of over billing of data.They are not ready to accept saying that it is automated and there can not be any error.
I said register a complaint and give me an acknowledgement.But they never registered a complaint.When ever I sent a mail, they used to repeat same thing and beat around the bush saying that pay Rs 40 and get the details.There is no option to pay 40 rs in the website to get billing details also.
Their website also is not updated and dosn't update the usage immediately.
All these are done with a view to cheat gullible consumers like us .
MTS must be earning crores of rupees by cheating consumers in this way.
I suspect, my usage is multiplied by 10 and billed.So if I consume 50 mb, it is billed as 500MB. But they are not ready to check at their end.
I have one more USB dongle where I recharge 1GB per month.But this wifi is consuming a lot.They are not telling whether dongle itself is defective or not.It is clear case of cheating and day light robbery.
So thorough, this website, I am giving an open Challenge to MTS to prove me wrong and prove that they have correctly charged me for my usage.I am ready to come to any of their office with the dongle for any testing or verification.
