I feel this review is:
I had been using MTS for past 1 year. It's during demonitization I got late in paying my bill. A customer service representative calls me up and looses her temper on me for not paying the bill. I was very calm with her but she just hangs up the call. I gave her a call back to know her name and wow she agin abused me and switched off her phone. I called up the so called MTS customer care and registers my complain and asked them to stop my dongal services. But these people don't stop my services nor did ever register a complain towards their employee. And now they have send me a notice for not paying the bill which I didn't even use. Never opt for such an unprofessional services.
