Though it's a GOVT service so it has to b bad... no doubt...
infact they shud pay us..
the only plus point is speed... it has verry gud speed no doub in dat...
but the worst part of the service is after service,
call center is just a full of jerk...
all the old ladiz are seating over ther and doinf such nonsence timepass...
and on 3rd option i.e for assistance on 1504..
the engg himself will ask u wht to do now... now dat's really shame ..
in evry rainy season.. the connection will disconect for minimum 10 days...
and the MTNL office is full of yadav and mishras.. who r thr to do nothng...
