I am a resident of delhi. I started using mtnl broadband services about a year ago. the first experience was just ok. The speed is 1mbps and services is unlimited download and that is the only positive point.
the internet service is highly unreliable and inconsistent. sometime the whole week I struggle to get network and signal keep on breaking. Last week was the same horrible experience. some time the landline will not work properly, sometime the rain will cause the problem, sometime the handset will not work properly and some time the wire will get damage due to drainage. its always like this and absolutely unreliable. sometime feel the paying basic rent is waste of money. the call rates are also higher. The customer service is very slow and they never know how to proceed with complain.
