I have been using MTNL broadband for more than 3+years . But now I donot use this braoadband because of its speed, so I choosed different operator this broadband is very bad at their service. Previously according to the my plan I have, I ought to have the internet speed of 2 MBPS as the provider demands but I used to get speed of 300kbps I choosed the night plan and at day time I used to get about 40-50 kbps, not paisa vasool type, as the pack charge was very high, very bad internet service, you have to do a miss call from/to landline phone to get connected to internet, then there will be no connectivity when you use, you have to complain everyday to get your connectivity in order. I am fond of watching all new movies & always download HD videos but always has a issue with its internet, customer service is very poor always their technician are at work if you are a busy person than by getting this horrible answers what would you say? any broadband must needs connection reliability but as I mentioned earlier always you have to do miss call very very bad issue, Customer service of 198 and 1504 will can't able to resolve the problems, they just give unusual answers, you will regret your decision my friends if you stuck to it or choose it, very poor internet speed which is the mostly big problem, so my recommendation to my friends is that not to get stuck to this provider.
