Nobody doubted that Azharuddin was a very good artist of BATTING and he has now proved that he was a good artist of BETTING too.
He played some very good match winning innings for India but he has made India lose on some occassions intentionally for money matters.
It is a very shameful act and very unpatriotic one too. The game of cricket is played under the banner of the nation. While playing cricket, a player represents his country. It is not like the game of Professional Lawn Tennis in which players represent themselves and they can lose their matches at will.
The act of fixing by Azhar and Jadeja cannot be forgiven. The life ban imposed upon them is the action that had to come instinctively. But these people (involved directly or indirectly in fixing) should not be spared. They should be prosecuted under anti-patriotism laws.
