I purchased a Solar Combo from their eShop vide Order No 7120. It was delivered to my residence on 5th July 2017 by your dealer, A2 Solar. The packaging surrounding the battery show some damage from moisture, which I assumed was due to monsoon rains. However, a few days down the line, the damage became worse and the floor surrounding the battery became white.
Suspecting battery leakage, I registered a complaint with the dealer and their ecare team vide Complaint No 4004304270 on 11th July 2017. Subsequent to that, their head for ecommerce came back on 14th July 2017 saying that they will not replace the same. Following this, I have registered a complaint with Ministry of Consumer Affairs vide Complaint No 353722 dated 19th July 2017. They are a nightmare to deal with.
