We are having AMC(comprehensive) in respect of our Luminous Inverter(500 VA). It is valid upto end of February 2016.
For past quite some time it was giving continuous noise. We reported complaint with Customer Care in Dec 15. The attending technician submitted report for replacing the defective part. However, despite continuous follow up for morethan 15 days, no one turned up for attending the matter. Then one day suddenly one attendent came for collecting the machine without providing the stand by equipment. However, on insisting for the same, he went to his vehicle and brought it and replaced it with the defective part. Then we did not hear anything from the Comany for about a week. Then suddenly, we started receiving calls from your side for extending the AMC. We requested that since it is already valid upto Feb 16, we will get it renewed in the last week of Feb 16. Meanwhile, we also requested for returning the affected part, duly rectified/replaced. However, much to our surprise the set was returned immediately on the next day, BUT WITHOUT RECTIFYING THE FAULT.
Is it not a clear case of cheating and exploiting the customer.
It is highly anguishing that a Company like LUMINOUS of National Fame, is following such an unethical practice with their customers who consider Luminous as a Brand Name. Your product is being endorsed by the most valuable Cricketer of the world. Would he be aware of such a mschief being played by your Company.
Are you people compelling us to take further course of action.
