You can learn from Lufthansa customer service on how to make a first class travel experience the worst, they have no respect for senator card holder or first class travellers I had the worst experience their negligence made me miss my flight and then they made me pay to change my flight even on first class made me stand waiting for 2 hours waiting for the computer to tell them what to do (nothing new about this though) very disappointing fly at your own risk.
They seriously need to learn what customer service is all about. I can only imagine how poorly they would treat an economy class passenger when they can disrespect and degrade a first class passenger. Beware, its not worth it.
Fly anything else if you can.
