My experience is that of one with their Banaswadi/outer ring road branch, When I saw some of the nice reviews (fake reviews) which may be paid written or not sure, I wanted to share my honest experience, trust me mine is a real experience.
I purchased from Looking Good, Banaswadi, outer ring road branch a sofa of model 3+2 in year 2008 with an assurance of 1 year guarantee+ 6 year warranty.
This sofa has gone bad since 2012 and today when I checked with them for repairs under warranty, they created a new vocabulary in English for the term "warranty" and tried to teach.
Even after I explained to them, they didn't want to listen and finally quoted about 9, 000 Rs just for labor and repairs which is more than my purchase price back then.
So never trust these guys as they are real cheats in the name of warranty.
