Pathetic quality of furniture ordered. Review on Looking Good Furniture, Bangalore

This is w.r.t the dinning table we wanted to purchase for which we have paid 2 lakh five thousand around 8th march and after waiting for more than 35 days only to realize that quality is pathetic and we have been lied to by Mr.Vijay khurana(Business Head) and rekha sales rep about the fact that the back of the chairs are made of Plywood and not nagpur teak as mentioned during selling. Post this experience and lack of trust in LGF products when we expressed interest to buy from Dash Square which is there sister concern and pay up the extra difference amount I’m being harassed by Mr Vijay not letting us buy product from there nor cancelling the merchant transaction at there ends and forcing us to go with a sub standard product which is not worth the price. Which is no way inline with LGF principle of “Affordable Luxury” with quality. Request directors to reach out to us solve this issue ASAP. My contact no is 7353412007
