Looking good furniture - Bad  quality & service

We had a very bad experience with the outlet on koramangala ring rad (near Spar). We were looking for very good quality long lasting furniture for our newly built flat. We made a mistake by picking up a sofa & dining table   at this place & are regretting now.

Although price appeared to be reasonable, the quality of the sofa is pathetic. It has not lasted even for a year. Everything that went into the sofa including the framework, the foam, the fabric & even the zips used for the cushions were of very poor quality.

When we called for the service, the person arrived at home after multiple calls only to inform us that the sofa needs to be repaired at the factory & since then we have not heard from them . The quality of the dining table Is not great either. The veneer top used for the table needs a lot of care, in the sense that the table top must always be covered & there should be no spillage of water.

We are highly dissatisfied with the quality & the service of Looking Good furniture .. We can only say it looks looks good only in the showroom & shows its ugly side when it gets delivered!! Don’t go by looks!!
