Logitech Service. Review on Logitech

First of all don't take me wrong. Logitech has really a good product line and their products are really good. I used to buy most of the products from Logitech. But now I feel if something goes wrong with the product then there will be issue since the service is so bad.

How good the product may be, if the service is bad then you are doomed.. But for one product I bought from Logitech a wireless bluetooth headphone, I started having issue. The headphone is reachable but suddenly it started switching on by its self. Icalled up Logitech person in Bangalore and he told me give it to RP Tech. So I gave it to "RASHI PERIPHERALS" who is the service center for Logitech .

First response from the service center "We don't support Logitech headphone". After some talk they took the headphone. Then they checked it and told they will replace it. They told it will take one week, I told okay. When I called them up after one week they are telling "we have send a mail but could not get a reply".

Now its going to be one month now. After that Logitech person "Vijay" says that the product is not available so he will repay. But he can not repay the complete amount. He is saying if he is trying to do me a favour.

I have paid 6000Rs. for the headphone and since the product have some issue me the customer have the sacrifice the product and money.

Have you heard something like this some where? This is why all the companies are saying in India anything new product can be tested because they will buy anything and they do not complaint.

But not me.......... I am planning to get help from Consumer court.......... lets see what they have to say about this....................
