I have purchased Lloyd Aura LS13A3LX 1 Ton Split Air Conditioner last year(June, 2016). I faced lots of problem in this air conditioner. It is under warrantee but it is difficult and time consuming process to complaint the customer care.
If you raise a issue in front of customer executive then their air conditioner mechanic come after 2 days he will charge his visiting fees. I am not satisfied with this AC. I will 2 marks out off 5 for cooling, sound, reliability and value for money.
