I was using lloyd AC from around 6 months and I am really unsatisfied with its performance and service.After buying within 2 months there was tacking sound coming from the AC vents.As the product is in warranty I contacted customer care and they told that they will send their enginneer with 3 days and service person came and he checked it and came to the conclusion that there is problem with the swing motor, he told that he will next day with a new motor and will fix it, then after 7 days also no service came , I contacted customer care they have taken the complain and requested me to wait for maximum period of 72 hrs a promising response will come from the company then on next day service person came and repaired the problem.
But that was not an end , after repairing within 7 days the display of the AC is not working and infact the remote is also not responding then again I have call to customer care and complain about the same, they sent a engineer and on his first site he was unable to diagonise that what exactly the problem was , he then contacted to some respective person and answered me that he has to take the product to workstation for detailed checkup.On next day he came and took the product.Then after 3 days I got reply from the company that there is a circuit board failure and I have to wait for another 7-10 days for its repair.
Then after 12 days I got my AC repaired and installed and still the problem was not over after working for 1 month or so there was sound coming from the compressor and the AC was not able to cool properly and again the same thing happen calling to the customer care , service person came and had to take the product and they have given the repaired product after 25 days.
Now I have opted for voltus all weather AC and I have to say its far better that this lloyd ac .
