We started engaging with Livspace in Novemeber of 2017. We are now in Sep 2018 and my project is still in a limbo. I wish I had given this project to someone else. I wish my project had been big enough for them to justify the time taken.
There is just so much politics in their office that client servicing and client preferences often take a back seat.
If bureaucracy was known to be inefficient, Livpsace will set another benchmark altogether.
Our money has been locked since Dec 2017. The opportunity cost that one loses out on is immense.
Despite escalations, people drag their feet
