I have suffered from cracked tongue and could not eat a little spicy food also. I used so many medicines including vitamins, oral mouth pastes and liquids .but could not get rid of it.my brother in law is a medical person suggested me to use listerine mouth wash.I used one bottle .daily twice. surprisingly my tongue sensitivity gone, .I am very much thankful to listerine.
I recommend it for tooth decay( as it contains fluoride also) for preventing or solving bad breath problem.as different flavors are available one may choose according to their choice.
