Hotel Linda. Review on Linda Goa hotel, Goa

I checked into Linda at around 3 in the night after leaving another apartment that me and my friends had rented in goa. Linda was one of the few hotels that was open at this time and even though we had to wake up the bell boy and he showed us to our room in another ten minutes. We initially tried to get a room at Ronils but noone was at the reception and we couldnt even call anyone to get us a room. We paid 1200 a night per room.  this was around june-july which is off season.

Also I guess we could have bargained further but at that time of the night we were pretty exhausted. The facilities in the room include air conditioning, hot water throughout the night, a television and a tub in the bathroom. the rooms were pretty clean and rooms as expected were cleaned everyday. The hotel also has a pool attached to it though we didn't use it and so I couldn't judge its cleanlinesses. The staff was pretty polite and even tried to open our room when one of my friends lost the keys to the room which involved climbing a tree and jumping into the balcony and opening the room.

Another thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is like a building. i.e. apartment style rooms with a common passage unlike Ronill which also has a villa option. Theres a restaurant attatched to it where the

food wasnt too bad and also a restaurant just next to it which served up hookah though id recommender you get your own. Most importantly its on the best stretch of goa i.e. the Baga Beach road and has a lot of clubs nd restaurants just a walking distance away including Titos, Mambos, Fiesta and Brittos(which is a little further down) Baga Beach is also perhaps one of the most popular beaches in Goa and youll find yourself spending quite a bit of time here.

Alternatives to Linda include Ronill and Ronill Royale which are priced similarly (though Ronil is a bit more expensive) All these hotels are located close to each other. I would probably reccomend staying at one of these three hotels for those on a budget and not staying in one of the 5stars.
