I purchased few items from SPAR ONLINE worth Rs: 1038/= online on the 30 June, 2017 and paid the full amount through Net Banking. But when the stuffs got delivered one item was missing, I inquired but the delivery man had no idea, when I checked my receipt it showed that I owe a refund. But after 15 days I got no refund and no clarification whatsoever was given from the company.
When I called I was informed that I made all payment through “Cash” and I was paid back the refund amount in cash at the time of delivery. After making numerous attempts of making them understand a guy called Chethan DH advised me to upload my Bank Statement from which I paid. I did exactly that but till now I haven’t been paid my refund back.
P.S: 1) Never buy anything online and if you buy please never pay online because they show they have the item, you get charged too, but still it is missing and then this fraud procedure takes place. 2) There will be an offer “if you buy more than Rs: 1000/= you will get Rs: 100/= off. You will end up buying more and then they will deduct an item and make the total less than Rs: 1000/= thus you loose there too. Beware
