I am customerĀ and from the day 1 both the representatives have been completely irresponsible in handling my case .
One rep does not pick up the call or when she does has no clue what she is talking about. She has NOT called up any hospital, let alone talk to a docter. She is surprised one can actually do that.
Another agent is completely irresponsible and repeatedly LIES about meeting ANYONE for that matter, let alone our doctor. You taken 25000/- from us and not collected the cord blood sample. This is tantamount to fraud/scam.
UPDATE: After thiscomplaint the company called returned our deposit and has closed our account
