Once you make the payment for enrollment they don't care about customer.
I have worst experience with Customer service, I raised the ticket to get the Life cell kit 15day's ago and when ever I talked to Customer care they always say that they didn't get the response from concern team. every time I call them they promise that we will get it in 2days.
So I can't recommend to anyone for such kind of services. Think if you called them to collect Sample and if you get such kind of service then there is no meaning to make the enrollment in Life celll.
