This movie has the great graphics but the best part of the movie is its plot, the movie does not have the big stars but when you see the movie you get the feeling that whatever happen good or bad there is someone who would help you throughout the situation.
The film starts from the Piscine Molitor "Pi" Patel (Irrfan khan) who starts to tell his extraordinary story to a writer. The story is about Pi who when traveling with his family from India to America lost his family due to sinking of the ship and he survives and carry on his journey to the America with a Tiger whom he calls Richard Parker.
The journey is marked with extra ordinary experience, sometime he thinks that GOD has send here to kill him but then he gets comfort in his suffering.
During his journey he teaches Richard Parker many tricks and then he becomes Richards best friend, But at-last they get into the shore and Richard leaves Pi as if he is no one.
When Pi is in hospital he is asked questions about his extraordinary journey but no one believes him, so he says other story.
Now this is the part where many can get confuse as there are two story which is said and audience starts thinking which is true and which is not.
But this movie is worth watching.
