My order number on letsbuy.com - LSB-503522
I wanted to buy Toshiba 40" LCD so I found good offer on Letsbuy.com and tried to place order but the payment gateway was not working properly and hence everytime I tried some five times using different credit cards and netbanking of different banks to make payment it would reject the payment so I called their customer care number( STD Number so we pay high amt for all the time they keep us on waiting before someone picks up the phone and pbx hangs up on us twice or thrice before the number actually gets connected.)
Customer care executive on picking up the call told me to deposit cash in their bank which I declined so she told me to deposit cheque in their account so I deposited cheque in their account and sent them scanned copy of deposit slip, after that two days have already passed they have neither confirmed my payment not confirmed the order rather they abandoned the order.
I confirmed with the banker and they said amount was credited immediately to the their account because it was an intra bank transfer.
I emailed their customer care email address thrice but no reply till today as if they don't monitor it at all.
Instead of replying to my email they are still sending me email to buy pending items in my shopping cart .
