Phone is of 16gb in total storage showing 18gb heating like hell battery reduce very fast hang like anything n battery dont get fully charged.after so much problems facing by me called up Flipkart still no good response no refund facility worst costumer support system don't care about costumer at all.we have to pay also n we only have to be behind them about default product still they don't refund or replace keep waiting day by day.very unsatisfied with this device.
why you should buy it
1.Design.
2.Audio and Video experience.
3.Call quality.
why you shouldnot buy it.
Got a scratched piece. Scratch on its silver frame near back panel opening and also near right side above volume+.
Battery drains faster even on standby.Even if you have kept ur both sim in 2g. And tested using keeping single sim in 2g and no wifi no data. fr just 10mins it decreased from 60% to 54% on standby.
3 .Even if u keep phone on standby in battery saver mode then also u ill loose battery.And which is not a good sign.
Dose not perform like a 3gb ram pgone.
If u use app lock then its a bad experiance here bcz if u switch off and switch it on again then all ur apps wil be unlocked until u go n start app lock again and some times ur hidden pics wil come back to gallery.
Camera- Rare is good for close-up shots but if u go fr wide pics then u ill notice noise in pic but ok performance for this price.
Front is not up to the mark for this price.
Heats sometimes and dose not sometimes.
Touch problem- sometimes it dose not react to my touch quickly.
Finally I want to say that may be I might hv got a piece like this bcz I dint use another Lenovo VIBE K5 Plus model yet.
I hv complained abt this to flipkart on 7th aug and they are sending some person to check on wed. 9 aug 2016.

suggetion; while facing all these problems I would like to suggest you please don't purchase it.
