I bought this product i.e Lenovo Think pad E450 after watching its advertisements and good specifications. I thought Lenovi as a product should be better than others but all my hopes and excitement was gone when my Think Pad stopped working i.e Touch pad was not working and PC was shutting down again and again.
I went to the service center of Lenovo and submitted them the product as they said they will revert back after 15 days. I went after the time they game me still they said product is under maintenance come after five days. When I went again they gave me my think-pad along with Rs 8000/- bill saying that it was user fault that it got bad company wont be including this maintenance under guarantee neither it is going to be free of cost. I called customer care and they were also were of no use. Sent mail to Co also but no reply. I am amazed and surprised how can they do it. I will never buy there product and wont recommend the same to anyone.
