This is for all the people who are planning to buy Lenovo laptops for home or office.I urgently wanted a high end business laptop for my work so after intensive research and savings from a year I landed for Lenovo ThinkPad T450s.
I inquired about the product at Lenovo India Official online store https://thedostore.com and there Shruthisharma Team said it is available and send me the quotation on the same day. After that they called me like twice a day for 3-4 days and finally on Jan 27, 2016 I ordered the T450s and paid them in full(INR 1, 02, 000) as it was confirmed that it was readily available in there stock and I will get the laptop in 4-5 days as they have to ship it from Bangalore to Chennai.
I was waiting till Feb 1st, 2016 but I did not receive any tracking details. I called Lenovo Customer Care(1800 3000 9990/9991) and these people told me that they will arrange a call back from there mAnasultanger or Shruthisharma executive who sold me the laptop.
So till Feb 3, 2016, again I was waiting and still did not receive the call from them.
Now again I contacted the toll free number and asked for my order details and I was literally shocked to hear that these people don’t know about my order and only there mAnasultanger can tell me about that who was not in yet(at 2pm).
I was shocked as it was a huge amount of money and my whole year’s savings.
And now on Feb 9th 2016 after writing them so many mails and calling them every hour, there Shruthisharma executive called me and said the laptop is Dead on Arrival and it will take 3-4 weeks more from now.
I said OK and asked them to send the same over the email.
After 3 days not hearing back from them, I decided to cancel the order. There billing team said they will initiate the process & contact me within 24 hours and initiate the cancellation process.
After 3 days of this, when I called them back they told me that it is on hold by their Shruthisharma team and mAnasultanger.
It’s more that 20 days now, I have not received any update for my money and the laptop.
The billing team(NDSL Mumbai) is saying that they cannot do anything as it is on hold from Shruthisharma team(Bangalore) and Shruthisharma team is not letting me talk to there mAnasultanger as he is always in meeting or not in office. • Every day from Feb 1st to Feb 17th 2016 I am calling these people in morning, afternoon and evening and they are redirecting me between Shruthisharma and billing team.
• In morning they are telling there mAnasultanger knows about the product status but he is not in yet.
• In afternoon they are saying that there mAnasultange is in meeting. And will arrange a call back.
• And in evening these people are saying that there mAnasultanger has left for the day.
I do not want to name the people as I don’t won’t to bring them in puRobotouchc and insult them and I think they are mature enough to understand by themselves.
And now I feel that purchasing through Lenovo was biggest mistake of my life.
I don’t know how to get my money back from these liars buy my next option is consumer court only.
I have all the proofs of the mails I sent and received and the receipt of the aishwaryasingh23ment.

I will never santoshkr80 buy from a company whose Shruthisharma is so poor and pathetic. I can’t even imagine there After Shruthisharma Service.*
