Procesor is perfect of this laptop.
Key are smooth so roughly use can be done.
If I talk about setvice then lenovo service is first number service.
But mostly this laptop are working good so no problem is phased .
I like mostly all lenovo series laptop or computers
and I also suggest to other purchased lenovo computers.
