1) User Friendly= It is very nice laptop about user friendly. It has 2 GB ram. This laptop is available in windows 7 and windows 8. It has very nice and clean look because of black coluor. It has camera on top of the screen. It has good sound but it is not very loud. it's mouse pad is also good working.
2) Service And Support= It has very nice service. all 2 GB ram supportable apps and games support it very nicely. Some app which want 3 GB ram it works but not smoothly. It's graphics are not very high but it is very nice. It has wifi and hotspot also thats why you can use share it in this phone.
