Lenovo G50 is a 15.6 inch laptop which runs on a 4th generation Intel core i3 processor which is will let you accomplish your basic computing with ease and then some. The greater the RAM, the better the multi-tasking. So with 6 gigs of RAM you won’t be waiting for those applications to be opened. 500 GB hard disk drive is standard and enough to store a decent collection of movies, sitcoms and music. The display is standard as well, not impressing but not disappointing. The overall battery backup claimed by Lenovo is 5 hours which depends on how really you use the laptop – if its intensively being used you might max out at about 4.
The laptop is well built and looks like many other Lenovo models. The build is sturdy and the design is ergonomic. At 4.6 pounds it is not heavy neither it is too lightweight. So portability shouldn’t be a problem.
