As I had visited this tour operator as I want to buy a fresh tickets of Jaipur. As the operator is an agent which issue trains and flights tickets. The additional cost of ticket which he took that is the commission is too high. For Rs 5, 000 ticket he took commissions of Rs 1, 600. Also the manager here is not interested in any customer and he ignore us. Also while booking he booked wrong ticket which had wrong route. But we have to pay the money as he didn't granted the refund. Also he was talking rudely. Apart from during collection I have to visit his office many times. I suggest not to buy any tickets from here as this operator is not a good one and charges high.
