I had purchased the lava x10 mobile on the Dec 31 night 2015.
It was not performing well on the day when I purchased it . And it was not a reliable product, as the front cam was not good as described on the box.
The battery life was very bad.just working for a few hours for full charge.
The customer care centers was not taking their work with respect n not responding good at all , I had gone to a couple of care centers in mumbai the response was very very bad.
It had proscribed in the box that the mobile was upgradeable to the marshmallow version from Android lollipop but . the mobile not at all supporting the new version at all.Up to my knowledge better to avoid this product
