'Latitude' is a 24hour restaurant/cafe located at Vivanta By Taj Blue Diamond, Koregaon Park is a restaurant perfect for a romantic date. but please ensure to book a table in advance especially on a weekend.

Ambience:- the ambience is superb having seating indoors or out on the patio overlooking the pool. we were given a table by the pool specially arranged to ensure privacy and set up perfectly with a heart made out with rose petals on it.

I really loved this gesture by the staff. the beautifully lit coconut trees having a tinge of green, the blue lights at the pool, breezy ambience and star lit skies above. picture perfect right. the indoor seating is also elegant, the false roof well decorated, tables well spaced, comfortable seating, hanging chandeliers, perfect lighting and an elegant wine bottle display at one side.

Food:- although they serve a wide spread buffet but we preferred to order A la Carte. the place serves North Indian, Mediterranean, Italian, South Indian veg and non-veg cuisines. Kashmir Murg Shorba to start with( spiced very well and a good consistency) Murg Malai Tikka( Chicken marinated well with a yoghurt based marinate making it tangy and smoky) Chicken Chettinad( south indian spicy coconut gravy with traditional spices having a coarse feel to it) Naan and Missi Roti to complement the gravies.

Dum Ki Parda Biryani(available in three variants of which we ordered mutton, aromatic, rice infused well with the spices, mutton tender) we were full by then but the staff also offered us a complementary Chocolate Mousse( soft, yumm, rum flavoured dark chocolate mousse) a perfect ending to our date.

Service:- the service was immaculate, the staff was very cordial, serving with a smile and adding to your experience. the chef himself visited our table to ask us for any specific request and he himself got us the complimentary dessert in the end. An unforgettable gesture. pricing is on the higher side but I didn't even give it a thought after the memories and experience we had with them.
