Imagine a state of a shock for a mom when her 16year old son gets a dvd of a old movie!My mom couldnt believe her eyes.Anyways I was too bored one evenong and went to get some dvds and I found combo dvd of lamhe and chandni by yashraj home entertainment.
I first thought it would be really a boing movie and I got the movie justfor chandni but when I actually so the movie I was sooo engrossed in it that I didnt move from my place till the movie ended!
Some gems have gr8 potential but they r never appericiated lamhe is one such gem! It was realesed on 1991 and was completely not accepted by the audience as they thought it was quite bold!
This movie is made with so much simplicity that each frame in the film looks very real!
the best part of the movie is its performance-
sridevi-she has enacted both of role of an typical village girl and that of an young 18 year old girl sooo very well that u gotta agree that she is the one of the best actreesses bollywood ever had!
anil kapoor-though I am not his great fan but I got to say anil has never acted as maturly in any other film of his other than lamhe
wahheda rehamn-dis was the only movie I was seen her and she fits into her role exztremly well
lamhe not only has good songs but also gr8 performances
plz do u rself a favour go and get lamhes dvd near u r home and watch it u cant miss this one!
