One of my friend's father died in accident, and he was having a Life insurance policy from LIC Life insurance.
We visited the office around 2 month, then we get the Death claim amount. In that 2 month we submit all required documents on first week after receiving the check list. But every time one officer says other officer is not present, your file has not yet come, or so many other claims are in pending etc.
I never understand as they are the India's no-1 Life insurance company still why they do such behaviors to the customers? But still they claim that they are No-1 in all types of settlement.
