Bought LG AC LWA12F1DT1 almost two years back. AC noise is too much & unbearable. Complained to the customer care multiple times. But no response to it. After one and half year someone turned up, checked and said this is the noise level for this AC. I'm shocked to hear this. LG has really taken the me for a ride. How one can sleep, when the AC makes so much noise. Its utter non sense. IF LG cant make quality product..they should stop selling it .They cant cheat customers like this. Its really unprofessional for a MNC like LG to sell third grade products claiming they are best in Industry
I bought it at vijay sales. These guys also mislead me by suggesting a wrong product. In this world of dog eats dog. We cant believe anyone. My Learning is even if you have to pay more ..go for best product. So you dont have to face similar kind of problem in your life.
I'll never buy a LG product herein after. Other buyers, beware before buying a LG product. Even if you have to pay little higher price ..go only for Hitachi..its my learning.
