Never ever go based on the advertisement or experience of the same product of the brand. Never believe LG phone is good when you had a good experience with LG TV, washing machine, AC, Fridge. The quality of LG’s each products will be variant so never believe in such a way as my experience proved.
I bought LG mobile phone in 2008 for Rs. 5000 from LG shop. While I was buying, my friend told me that LG is not meant for mobile but for home alliance like TV, washing machine, AC, Fridge etc. is good in case of LG. But I just ignored his word and bought LG mobile at Chennai. The phone looked very attractive. But it never lasted and I had come across lots of hassle as its key pad got trouble many times. It made me to rush to the LG service centres for replacement of keypad at Adayar, Chennai. It took two weeks to get replaced the key pad and they gave me spare phone to use. Again, after the key pad got replaced, it again had a problem with key pad. The quality of the key pad is not good so it never gives reliability and once the key pad is damaged we can’t use the phone for anything. So it makes you to completely surrender your phone for the service. The service delivery time is also very lengthy and quality is also not so great. I hardly used LG phone for one year and moved to another phone. It was expensive of Rs 5000 that time and quality was not good. So never ever go for LG phones based on the advertisement or based on the experience with other LG products such as TV, washing machine, AC, Fridge etc. In the same time, no one can wait for two weeks to get replaced by small parts like key pad in the mobile and its not tolerable and hassle to ask service centre always about the delivery after the service. In those cases, you can go for Nokia, Samsung which are having good quality and attractive features with express delivery and high quality warranty for the replaced parts. This is the first time I used a mobile less than 2 years and I had never used this mobile happily even this mobile for 6 months so never go for LG mobile phone at any cost.
