The washing machine is not at all user friendly and takes a lot of time to understand its functionalities unlike other machines whose controls are pretty obvious.Even the machine is not durable at all and I have faced many savere problems that have costed me a lot.However I like the style and design of the product and It looks good where ever it is kept.
The customer service was also not that co-operative when I asked them for help and often it feels like as if they are trying to avoid listening to me.Please dont go for this product.
