The product is no doubt one of the best in range cleans clothes very well when compared to others but on the other hand consumes a lot of time for washing in any cycle. Takes minimum of 1.5-2 hrs for washing in any cycle except quick 30 which washes in 30 min which is efficient as well. I use the same. The motor is not belt driven so the efficiency is more and no noise.
Also you get 10 yr warranty for the motor which is good.Heater is present in the machine which washes in hot water depending on the mode.It is power efficient as well uses an average of 4-5 units for the entire cycle but depends on usage as well. No doubt select this one. for a family of four 5.5 kg would be ideal. Spending 3k-5k for additional 1 kg capacity would be waste in my opinion as the rest of the features are the same.I Hope this was helpful.
