I recently bought the LG C 3400 (GSM) MP3/GPRS mobile phone. For a price tag of INR 7500.00 and the features that it supports, this phone is a steal. Literally!
I was looking for a change from my Nokia 9210i Communicator - for a phone with a decent camera, MP3 player and GPRS. Initially I was thinking about the Nokia 6600. Then somebody recommended LG 3400 to me.
Here are it's main features:
Integrated VGA CMOS digital camera with inbuilt flash. You have the following options while taking a pic (when the cam is 'on'):
4x Digital Zoom.
Brightness adjustment.
Color / black & white / sepia photography options.
Self timer (3 sec / 5 sec).
Memory utilization indicator.
Flash on/off.
Picture size adjustment - 48/48, 128/160, 320/240, 640/480 pixels.
Picture quality (select between Fine / Normal / Basic modes).
Photo frames (7 frames) - this feature enables you to have a foreground / frame with your subject inside it! Not bad, really!
MP3 Player.
Decent Color Display - 65K Color LCD Screen.
It is a dual screen phone - enables you to know who's calling without opening the flap.
USB Charging - you can use your USB data Cable to charge your handset through the USB port of your PC/Laptop.
40 Polyphonic Ringtones.
Messaging - SMS, EMS, MMS.

I must say, I was surprised when on comparison, I found that the picture quality of this phone is a shade better than the Nokia 6600! Also, when you close the flap, you can take your own pic...which I found damn neat!
The one disadvantage is that it's memory is only 16MB - and no upgrade options too! But the memory is partitioned, meaning, there is separate space provided for pictures, messages, mp3's...the like. Well, it is both an advantage and a disadvantage - the way you look at it and according to your requirements, really!
On buying the phone, you get the following accessories - Battery, Charger, operating manual, Data Cable, Stereophonic headset Kit and a CD to install the software needed to enable PC and phone sync through the USB cable.
Well, overall I have found this a good piece, according to my needs and the price it comes for. Do take a look at it, if you are planning to go for a new cell phone...you might as well want to go for it!
