Pathetic customer service from LG / this LG agency called Vaibhav Arcon Services, Shop No 30, Atul Kataria Marg, Sector 5, Gurgaon, Haryana, India their incharge Mr. Rakesh Sharma 97111xxxxx firstly never picks up the phone & then makes empty promises.
My A/C was not doing enough cooling. I filed a complaint RNA160518087117 after 2 days, the local technician visited & mentioned that the A/C needs gas & a motor needs to be replaced. Instead of fixing the thing, they gave us the number of this agency to contact.
That is where the real nightmare started. This guy never picks up the phone & if he does, gives some other number or so. The A/C was earlier doing some cooling whatsover but the local technician had emptied the remaining gas also so cooling became zero now.
Even after 7 days, no signs of A/C fixing at all. We have paid for AMC for all of our A/Cs which we regret so much.
LG, if you continue with such agencies, I can guarantee that you would keep on loosing loyal customers like me.
I have bought & recommended LG products but after this nightmare, I am not going to buy or recommend LG to anyone.
